North Logan City

Population: 11,200

Designation Year: 2021

North Logan City has more residential parks per capita than any other city or town in Utah. Its active transportation plan and general plan emphasize the construction of sidewalks, paths, and outdoor trails. North Logan City offers free and low-cost sports/fitness programs for adults and children. To ensure that residents have the opportunity not only to be active, but to eat well, the city provided financial incentives for a grocery store to locate in an underserved area. In partnership with the Bear River Health Department, North Logan City offers mental health classes and provides health resources on the city’s websites and social media platforms.
