Clinton City is proud to offer its residents opportunities to live a healthy, active life. The community offers a variety of sports programs for adults and children and has invested in expanding its local trail system. Clinton also offers a blessing box at its city offices, where residents can come to claim donated food. If residents need space to grow a garden, they can rent a plot at Clinton City’s community garden. The city hopes to build a second community garden within the next few years.

Mental health is also a high priority, and the city offers a monthly senior luncheon to combat loneliness among its residents, and provides mental health support to its emergency response teams.
