    2024 Redesignation

To be redesignated, Provo City implemented new health strategies to support community wellness. The city hosted a free health and wellness fair at its local recreation center that featured over 50 booths advertising local resources. To improve healthy eating, the city donates water to its three community gardens and hosted its first-ever Children’s Entrepreneurial Market. To promote good mental health, Provo advocated for increased use of the SafeUT app in its schools and created a new Victim Services division which provides services to community members at-risk or in-need, including those who may be experiencing mental illness.
