Join us for our annual Get Healthy Utah event to learn about the importance of connection. During the day we will discuss the connection between physical and mental health and how social connectedness plays a role to improve our minds and bodies. Connections between sectors are vital to build healthy communities, and we will have various opportunities throughout the day to network with others. Finally, we know there is a strong connection between policy and health. Learn about the Health in All Policies pilot that a few Utah cities worked on this past year. We are excited to connect with all of you as we continue to build a culture of health in Utah!
