Emma Andreasen

Project Coordinator

Emma currently serves as the Program Coordinator at Get Healthy Utah, a nonprofit organization committed to creating a culture of health through system-level change. In this role, she leads initiatives to build partnerships across sectors, advocates for policies that support healthy eating and active living, and supports cities and towns working toward the Healthy Utah Community designation.

Emma received a B.A. in Public Health from the University of Iowa and will graduate in April 2026 with a Master’s degree in City and Metropolitan Planning from the University of Utah. Emma came to work for Get Healthy Utah because of her belief that the built environment — particularly transportation systems — has a significant impact on the health and well-being of communities.
